Negotiations: In today’s climate of seller financing, direct negotiation between buyers and sellers is awkward at best. Our Intermediary Service reduces the tensions and allows for a reasonable approach to the transaction. It is critical that a positive relationship remain for both parties to ensure future success for the buyer and full financial reality for the seller.
Valuations: The marketplace usually determines the value of a business. We can however; assist owners in setting and substantiating a fair market value for the business with industry analysis, comparable sales and accepted valuation methods. We will also work with the Seller to determine his exit strategy “needs” and what will be included in the sale, the terms of the deal and what amount of seller financing will be offered.
Buyer Profiles: We assist buyers and investors in developing a profile of target acquisitions. This includes industry, locations, price and terms. We provide analysis of the Investors’ financial and technical ability and then match those with our database of available companies.
Marketing Packages: Detailed, professional, marketing packages are developed in cooperation with business owners to accurately depict historical financial summaries, industry trends, local economies and most important, discretionary cash flows. The professional packaging of your business data is critical to a successful offering.
Buyer Screening: Buyers who demonstrate interest in your business are screened for financial and technical sufficiency before sensitive information is presented. We insist all buyers and investors agree (in writing) to protect the confidential aspects of your business.
Financing Solutions: We work with SBA Lenders and Commercial Banks to offer as many financial solutions as possible to help both buyers and sellers reach their objectives.
